Kindergarten Registration Began January 15, 2024 for the September 2024 School Year

Registrations completed between March 2, 2024 to April 1, 2024, will not be reviewed or approved by school staff until after Spring Break. Families can continue to register their child online during March but please take note that notification of your child’s application status should not be expected until sometime in April 2024.  

The Langley School District welcomes new Kindergarten students to our schools. Our teachers and staff are excited to meet your family. All children who will be five years old by December 31, 2024, are eligible for the Kindergarten program beginning September 3, 2024. Registration for Kindergarten will begin on Monday, January 15th, 2024 and will be open until Friday, March 1, 2024.

You will not be able to select Langley in the drop-down menu until registration begins on January 15th, 2024.

School Catchments:

You must register at your child’s catchment school. If you have other children at our school but do not have a current Glenwood Catchment address you will still need to register your kindergarten child at the catchment of your current address and follow the Langley School District Cross Boundry procedure outlined on the school district website. Cross Boundary Registration:

To register your child in a Kindergarten program outside of your catchment area, you must first register at your catchment school and follow the process outlined for Cross Boundary Registration.

Decisions regarding cross-boundary requests are generally not made before June 15 and can either be accepted, denied, or deferred on or before mid/end September of the upcoming school year.
