Everyday Anxiety Strategies for Early Years (EASEY) – Now Available!
The Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) has launched EASEY which is a self-paced, online course and collection of resources that provides B.C. early years professionals with practical and evidence-informed information and strategies to strengthen their capacity to support families and young children ages 0-6 who are experiencing every day (mild to moderate) anxiety.

SUMMER FUN PASS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH: TOWNSHIP OF LANGLEY Looking for opportunities for your child to get fit and healthy? The Township of Langley’s Summer Fun Pass gives children and youth the opportunity to be active and enjoy unlimited drop-in access to pools, fitness centres, and gymnasiums at TOL recreation facilities throughout the summer. Additionally, children and youth will receive free admission to Family Night and Youth Night events at The Outdoor Experience at Aldergrove Community Centre. The Summer Fun Pass is available to children (4-12 years old) and youth (13-18 years old) for a one-time cost of $25 including tax. The pass is valid from Friday, June 28 to Monday, September 2. We offer a variety of free, accessible community programs and activities for all ages with a primary focus on children youth and families. Our life-changing programs and services include: family mediation and reunification, youth homelessness, sexual abuse counselling, after school activity programs, pre- and postnatal support, parent-child drop-in groups, and parenting support groups.

Approximately 90 per cent of the families we work with are out-of-community and over 33 per cent of the children, youth, and families we serve are Métis.
